The gauge cluster shown above is a from a European model, and shows 233k kilometers (~145k miles) on the odometer. Auxiliary instruments mounted in the center console include an oil pressure gauge, a voltmeter, and a VDO quartz clock. The dashboard features woodgrain trim and embedded VDO instrumentation including a central combination gauge with engine temperature and fuel level readouts, as well as a 190 km/h speedometer and an 8k-rpm tachometer.

Additional modifications include a four-spoke wooden Nardi steering wheel along with a Pioneer CD stereo and Kenwood speakers. The interior features seats and door panels trimmed in textured black vinyl as well as salt and pepper carpeting, the latter of which is protected by Lamborghini-logo floor mats.

The removed factory steel wheels with polished Audi hubcaps are included in the sale and shown in the gallery below. The car features an adjustable-height air-ride suspension system, and the seller states that the brake master cylinder was recently replaced. Bumpers sourced from a first-generation Volkswagen Jetta were fitted by the seller.īBS RF 15″ three-piece wheels feature silver-finished centers with polished lips and wear 165/45 Federal tires. The car received a repaint in Marathon Blue in 2017, and body filler was applied where the corner lights, antenna, and side strips were previously fitted.

This Fox is now offered with partial service records, spare and removed parts, a set of factory wheels, service manuals, and a clean California title in the seller’s name. The car was featured as part of Audi’s commercial campaign for the introduction of the 2021 RS6 Avant. Additional maintenance included replacement of the cylinder head and the brake master cylinder. The seller purchased the car in 2017, and subsequently modified it with the addition of an air-ride suspension, BBS RF three-piece wheels, bumpers sourced from a Mk.1 Volkswagen Jetta, a Nardi steering wheel, and a replacement radio. This 1976 Audi Fox station wagon was refinished by the seller in Marathon Blue over its black interior, and it is powered by a water-cooled 1.6-liter inline-four paired with a four-speed manual transaxle.
